Pappardelle's Pasta Co. is proud to handcraft what we believe to be the some of the world’s finest pasta. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then we're not satisfied either. Please refer to the following information for best way to handle.

If your pasta arrived broken or your frozen product thawed:
While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, breakage or thawing can occur from time to time. If your order arrives with broken or thawed product(s), please contact us to request a replacement. Notification must be received within 72 hours of delivery. 

If you received the wrong product or you are missing part of your order:
Please refer to your order confirmation email to verify what you purchased. If you find that you received something you didn’t order or you are missing product(s), please contact us and we will ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered at no additional cost. Notification must be received within 72 hours of delivery. Reminder: if you ordered both dried & frozen products, they ship separately and may arrive on different days.

If you were unhappy with your order for any other reason:
We are unable to accept returns of food products due to safety requirements. However, we will always do our best to make it right for you, and we of course value your feedback and welcome your thoughts. Please feel free to contact us with your comments or concerns.
