Chocolate Hazelnut Dessert Ravioli dipped in rich white chocolate and garnished with fresh strawberries for a decadent treat.
1 package Pappardelle’s Pasta Chocolate Hazelnut Dessert Ravioli
1 pint strawberries, washed & patted dry
1-½ cups white melting chocolate, melted
1 cup dark melting chocolate, melted
¼ cup dark chocolate shavings (optional)
¼ cup decorative sprinkles of choice (optional)
1. Prepare an ice water bath with equal parts water and ice. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli for 4-5 minutes over a light boil. Carefully remove the ravioli with a slotted spoon and place in the ice water. Allow ravioli to cool completely. Remove from the water bath and pat dry with a paper towel. Reserve the ravioli on a sheet of parchment paper.
2. Melt chocolate according to package directions. Dip the ravioli, one by one, into the melted white chocolate. Sprinkle immediately after with edible decorations of choice (optional). Reserve the ravioli at room temperature.
3. Dip the strawberries in the melted dark chocolate and drizzle white chocolate over the top. Sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings (optional). Plate the decorated ravioli and the chocolate strawberries. Serve with a glass of champagne for a romantic night in.
