Per Billie's suggestion, we jazzed ours up with stir fry vegetables and pork loin to make a well-rounded meal. Thanks Billie!
1/4 lb. Orange Szechuan Linguine
1 medium lime, juiced
1" x 1" fresh ginger, peeled and grated
Stir fry vegetables (optional)
Pork or Chicken (optional)
1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta until al dente, 8-10 minutes.
2. Once pasta is cooked, add ginger and lime juice to pasta and toss. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste, adding vegetables and protein if desired. Serve and enjoy!
