This wonderfully refined and elegant product blends sweet figs into our Modena Barrel-Aged Balsamic, topped with a touch of aromatic vanilla bean. Use it to brighten a multitude of both sweet and savory dishes.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Drizzle over creamy Brie, Fontina or thick slices of Mozzarella.
  • Use to accent finely sliced Anjou pears or granny smith apples.
  • Makes a great reduction sauce over a duck or lamb arugula salad, or with grilled slices of chicken and wild rice.
  • Spoon over ice cream.
