Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup Slow-Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
  • 2/3 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon shallots, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Sea salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions: 

1. Combine ingredients in a mason jar and shake until well blended.
2. Serve with mixed green salad of choice.
