- 1 cup Slow-Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
- 2/3 cup champagne vinegar
- 1 teaspoon shallots, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Sea salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
1. Combine ingredients in a mason jar and shake until well blended.
2. Serve with mixed green salad of choice.
