We use our own Asian Orzo in combination with fresh vegetables to create a spicy potsticker, Pappardelle’s style. This pasta is a fun Italian twist on a traditional Asian delicacy. We recommend pan searing this ravioli before serving. An interesting fact: To our knowledge, our potsticker is the only one of its kind - No other potsticker we've seen infuses orzo into the filling!
