In 2010, we finally cracked the “gluten-free” code that had eluded us for over six years. After over 60 R&D iterations, we came up with a recipe for gluten-free pasta that is so tasty and firm in texture that the entire family can enjoy the same meal together -- hence our tag line "One Family...One Meal!" The pasta holds its shape (i.e., doesn’t become mushy and fall apart like most other gluten-free pastas) and can even be reheated the next day. Best of all, we are able to infuse our flavors into this new gluten-free recipe, bringing gastronomic delight to celiacs and other gluten-sensitive individuals. Even to our surprise, the flavor intensity sometimes surpasses our regular pastas!
